From the moment I picked up your book until I laid it down, I was convulsed with laughter. Some day I intend reading it.
I am from Belize and now teach English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Providing ideas and tips for home decor.":-D Thanks in advance. Gisela.

Hello. From the moment I picked up your book until I laid it down, I was convulsed with laughter. I named my graphic novel after Tonoharu because I thought it had a nice ring to it.Not that you should take much stock in my opinion since you and I are complete strangers, but I'd go back and visit if I were you. I think it would be a moving, if not bittersweet, experience.Lars

I lived in Mitoma, which is two train stops away from Tonoharu. For two years 1970-71 while in the Army I rented a house from a farmer, made friends, and started to study Japanese. I ended up moving to Tokyo to go to ICU, graduated and lived in Japan for ten yrs. I haven't been to Tonoharu for over 30 yrs, mainly because I almost married someone there and I fear the changes which have occured. Do you think I should go back? I'm going to Kyoto in Jan and could swing down there on the Nozomi. I'm interested in your opinion.

I’m wondering if you actually lived in the village called Tonoharu near Hakata, because I did.
